Our teaching philosophy can be summarised in 4 words:

Explain, Demonstrate, Work-together, Guide

The tutor explains in words about the concepts and knowledge

The tutor demonstrates, illustrates and explains the concepts and knowledge

The tutor and the student work together to do the problems or go through the concepts.

The tutor observes, guides and supervises the student while the student goes through the problems, explains or presents the concepts and knowledge .

The above teaching philosophy is adopted by all ROD Academy IGCSE tutors and A-level tutors and is equally applicable in science and social science subjects.
